You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, use the Secure Access regeneration feature to obtain a new Secure Access token. Do not allow third parties to access your account. AncientSkins may modify its functionalities and processes at its sole discretion. Only list virtual items for sale on the Website if you own them. AncientSkins may remove any item from the Website at its discretion. You acknowledge that using the Website may result in acquiring virtual items that differ from what you intended. Engaging in price-switching or price-baiting is prohibited and will result in the termination of your account without reimbursement or retrieval of virtual items.

1.8. AncientSkins resells virtual items, which are subject to restrictions imposed by the Steam platform. Users must comply with these restrictions. AncientSkins is not responsible for losses resulting from actions taken by third parties essential to its operation.

1.10. 2. Payments and Commissions

2.1. Payments for purchases on AncientSkins are processed through Visa and MasterCard. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment terms and conditions of these payment processors.

2.2. AncientSkins charges a 2% commission on the price of skins for its services. This commission is included in the price displayed for each item.

2.3. You authorize AncientSkins to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable fees.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. AncientSkins offers a refund policy for instances where the service is not provided professionally, there is a delay in delivery, or other technical issues arise.

3.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests can be submitted through our support system on the Website.

3.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
